How We Use Your Information

  • •We use your account information (name and email) to create your login, authenticate your session, and identify you when you save crystals or write journal entries. For example, your email is used to send you moon phase notifications about the best times to cleanse and recharge your crystals.
  • •We use the crystals you save to your Collection to display a personalized gallery on your Collection page. For example, when you save Amethyst, it appears in your Collection so you can later open its healing properties and care instructions.
  • •We use your Journal entries (mood, intention, crystals used, and reflection) to display your private spiritual log on your Journal page. For example, your entry dated August 10 is shown in your journal history so you can revisit your intentions and reflections over time.
  • •We use the search query you enter and any photo you upload in the Crystal Scanner to generate crystal identification and property results. For example, when you photograph a stone, the image is sent to our AI analysis service and discarded after the result is returned to you.
  • •We use device type and usage data to keep the app running and fix problems. For example, if the app crashes on a particular screen, the crash report helps us identify and release a fix.
  • •We use your contact messages to answer your questions. For example, if you email us about a login issue, we use the details you provide to locate your account and reply with a solution.

Data Storage and Security

  • •Your data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
  • •We use authentication tokens and access controls to protect your account.
  • •While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Device Permissions

  • •Camera: We request camera access so you can photograph a crystal and let the Crystal Scanner identify it and display its healing properties. The photo is sent to our AI analysis service, used only to generate your result, and not stored on your account. For example, you take a picture of a stone, the app identifies it as Amethyst, and you can read its properties — the image itself is discarded after the result is returned.
  • •We do not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, photos library, or health data, and the app does not use those features.

Sharing Your Information

  • •We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • •We share data only with service providers who help operate the app (such as payment processing and cloud hosting), under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • •We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
